You receive emails either directly to your email box or you log in to the web site and click a link, read the email, and earn cash. Simple. :-) Below I've listed the ones that I believe are the best on the Web. As with any program, you earn more by having referrals, but every one I've joined and been paid by, were done without referrals under me! Paid to Click (PTC): sites are popping up all over! Some are worth it, some are not. Most of them have PTR as well. I'm joining and testing and will let you know my results. One thing you need to understand about them is how to figure what you're earning for clicking those links/banners. Some of the scripts are pretty messed up where earning amounts are concerned. 0.01 does NOT always mean $.01 The ones that actually pay you a full $.01 or higher are of course the best to join! The Click Exchange section (basically a manual traffic exchange) is worth it for advertising your own site, but it is limited to the number of other members participating. Typical Earnings explained: 0.01c = $0.0001, 0.1c = $0.001, 0.5c = $0.005, 1c = $0.01 Paid to Promote (PTP) pay CPM which means cost per thousand! For example; $.07cpm means your site has to be shown 1000 times before you earn $.07. Some pay more, some pay less, but they are horrible sites for traffic exchanges because they usually have several popup ads, attempted forced downloads, porn ads, etc. etc. If you do the PTC sites though, most accept PTP sites so you'll have to put up with them or find a PTC that doesn't accept them. Paid to Sign Up: Watch for these on sites you join. These are ads placed by members not by the owner of the site so you have no recourse if you join a program, follow the rules, and still don't get paid. Pay attention to the referrer's name so you can track them down if necessary.

They seem to get stuck at 38% and then just stop.
